You may apply for NALS membership in several ways:
- Fill in the secure application using a credit card and join immediately.
- OR print out the PDF format application and mail or fax it to NALS. (You may complete the application by filling in the costs indicated above in the appropriate spaces.)
- OR contact Betsy Michaelis at (614) 462-6466 to find out more and have an application mailed or faxed to you.
